Hello from all of us at Grand Trunk Road,
Summer has well and truly arrived! 2017 is shaping up to be a fantastic year for us and we can’t wait to share our first summer with our loyal customers and new friends.
We’ll be celebrating the warmer days with the launch of our fantastic Sunday Spice menu. Love a Sunday Roast? So do we… our take on the traditional British classic, devised by our incomparable Chef Dayashankar Sharma, is the perfect way to wind down your weekend. With Pan roasted kingfish with freshly ground spices or Slow braised lamb shank with seven spice mix to choose from, Sunday is now the most delicious day of the week.
Also, in case you’re experiencing the usual crisis of being stumped for a Father’s Day gift, Grand Trunk Road is here to help! Our Father’s Day menu is the perfect way to enjoy the Day. Including favourites such as Boneless lamb with pickling spices and yoghurt gravy, Tandoor grilled chicken supreme with dry fenugreek leaves, honey and a fresh tomato sauce, Cottage cheese with creamed spinach, roasted garlic and cumin and a gorgeously refreshing Mango Brulee, it’s a guaranteed way to show Dads the love this Father’s Day.
