Following a slew of award wins and upholding their reputation as one of London’s premium Indian fine dining experiences, South Woodford’s Grand Trunk Road are expanding their beautiful range with a new three-course Brunch menu, designed to celebrate the new year.
Dishes will include Akori (Masala scrambled eggs) with fresh coriander, green chilli & ginger with tomato & sultana chutney, Jackfruit dumplings cooked in an aromatic sauce, Crispy stuffed vegetarian samosa chaat-topped sweet yoghurt with mint & tamarind chutney and Ground baby lamb cooked with spicy gunpowder masala topped with a sunny-side-up egg.
Guests can also opt for the Bottomless option and indulge in limitless Mango Lassi, Prosecco, Bellini cocktails or Grand Trunk Road’s very own Twisted Bloody Mary; a fragrant take on the brunch classic boasting fried green chilli and a warming spicy salt.
In keeping with the restaurant’s ethos of pairing time-honoured tradition with impeccable flavour, the menu brings a new dimension to their inimitable offering and showcases Head Chef Arup Dasgupta’s continuous ability to surprise and delight.
The new Brunch Menu at Grand Trunk Road will be available on Saturdays/Sundays from 12pm – 2:30pm and is priced at £29.50pp (£45.00 for Bottomless option, 90 minute cap).
